CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2012 ROSE BOWL CHAMPIONS OREGON DUCKS. FEAR THE DUCK.
Full sets are shown of the 1953, 1956, and 1958 black and white Oregon Ducks cards. The 1950 and 1961 color cards are the only Ducks from larger series of college football players. The 1963 and 1964 black and white cards are from an unknown issuer.
Included here is Hall of Famer Mel Renfro, shown on a 1963 Ducks football card. Renfro debuted in 1964 with the Dallas Cowboys and played there through 1977.
Jack Patera is among other notable players pictured in this gallery. Patera played for the Baltimore Colts (1955-57), Chicago Cardinals (1958-59), and Dallas Cowboys (1960-61), and was the first head coach of the Seattle Seahawks.
